Like any event producer, we begin with planning. We focus on your brand, story, and goal and create a production timeline and storyboard. Then, and always staying in constant communication with our client, we focus our energies on stage set design, concept renderings, location scouting, content management, content creation, and script writing to make sure the event you want is the event we deliver.

Next, we move into production mode. We’re unrivaled experts with high-quality, live broadcasting equipment and can operate video switching and multi-camera shading with ease. On top of that, we’re experts in technical direction, stage management, Q&A management, and live polling. Throw in years of experience in video editing, session transcription, audio editing, and mix down and you’ve got a stellar team that can navigate the entire process in harmony. Simply put, we ensure every detail of your virtual event runs smoothly, looks incredible, and feels seamlessly dynamic.

Not only do we have an amazing studio at our disposal, but we have the equipment and capabilities to fully lead, build, and manage your entire event in any space or venue you’d like. From restaurants and lobbies to studios to empty spaces, we will make every space event-friendly and as safe as can be. We bring in all the lighting, sound, video, staging, custom fabrications, and more while wearing our Risk Management hats to keep an eye on safety. Thinking creatively, reinventing a space, and executing a safe event is what we do, so let us help do that for you. 

No One Prioritizes Safety Like Us

No event in 2020 - virtual, in-person, or a hybrid of the two - can effectively take place without safety as a top priority. Our team utilizes the appropriate personnel to ensure an event space is and remains safe, sanitized, and hazard-free throughout the entire creative process. And we’re not simply disinfecting and sanitizing spaces and surfaces that are frequently used; we create a thorough risk management and mitigation plan from the conception of the idea to the fully-realized execution of it. This involves managing crowd flow with on-site staff members, restocking sanitizer and hand washing stations often, and continuously reminding everyone to wear protective masks and wash their hands often.

For the team members and clients utilizing our equipment, Wizard Studios ensures each speaker, presenter, or performer receives their own microphone, wireless slide advance, and sanitizer wipes so equipment never needs to be shared. Additionally, keyboard covers are used on every laptop, and proper microphone head cleaning is completed before and after a speaker uses it. We don’t just say we prioritize safety; we make sure that’s the case.

A Strong Home Base

If you’re looking to create a safe and effortless virtual event but would rather utilize a studio that’s equipped for the job, why not come to us? Located within Wizard Studios’ facilities is Chemistry Creative’s photo and video studio, fully equipped with 100A, 3-phase power and a full lighting grid, but within the facility is an enormous 3-wall cyclorama wall that joins the floor to the ceiling, making it the perfect blank canvas for your next production.

Included with all space rentals, Wizard Studios is happy to supply 15 folding chairs, 3 director chairs, 3 tables, 2 clothing racks, a steamer, a cooler, a 12’ and 8’ ladder, one mirror, the use of our Sonos sound system, and in-house WiFi. In addition, we offer a spacious and comfortable lounge area to host catering or serve as a co-working space during your shoot. Looking for additional amenities? Not to worry: we can work to make changes available upon your request. And most important, Wizard Studios provides clear CDC-recommended guidelines for hosts so each guest can book our space with complete peace of mind.
