• Broadway Performances at Home

How do you bring people to the theatre when Broadway’s closed? You bring the theatrical razzle dazzle straight to them! Our team professionally-lit and digitally-recorded audio and video from three actors from the hit Broadway smash, Hamilton, for a virtual meet and greet sponsored by E*Trade. This started with sending pre-loaded home streaming kits to each talented actor with a clear, detailed tutorial, ensuring each video captured a uniform, Broadway flair with an individualized MacBook Pro and HD web camera with built in stereo microphones. To pull it all together, Wizard Studios provided a Project Manager to provide virtual and technical support so the meet and greet could be a joyous mix of performance and chit chat. 

• Transitioning In-Person to Virtual Events

The Boys & Girls Club of the Bellport Area asked Wizard Studios to transition Beachball 2020 from an in-person event to a virtual event this past August. In addition to providing a live-streamed DJ to get the party going, Wizard Studios’ tech gurus managed the live-stream from start to finish. We created custom graphic packages with lower thirds, provided all necessary equipment and technicians, utilized effortless video switching, and hosted it from the Boys & Girls Club website. Throw in some edited pre-recorded video content from celebrities and sponsors, and the live feed exploded with energy, color, and inspiration! 

• Live-streamed Holiday Services

Installing cameras, audio, and lighting was only the beginning of our fully-managed livestream for Temple Shaaray Tefila’s Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services. We provided audio, video, and camera technicians to manage all parts of the broadcast through their online member portal, including set-up and rehearsal the day before. For such an important occasion, we were proud to bring people together virtually to celebrate the high holy days. 

• Tailgating at Home for Sports Fans

BeCore Experiential came to Wizard Studios with the hopes that we could create a never-before-seen virtual “homegate”  activation for Frank’s RedHot, and our team produced the live broadcast that every sports fan was hungry for. Safely produced with Covid-19 testing and contact tracing in mind, our team did everything from managing a 1,000-person Zoom call with breakout rooms to creating a custom scenic fabrication reminiscent of the man cave every football fan dreams of. Our team provided top-notch technical direction, AV production, food design, and livestream encoding, and ensured this activation was full of long-lasting buzz.

• Virtual Galas and Symposiums

Wizard Studios worked with CurePSP to celebrate 30 amazing years, creating a broadcast of live and pre-recorded videos and performances with custom-made graphic overlays and set designs. Over the course of two days, our team managed breakout sessions, hosted a live Q&A, and filmed and edited pre-recorded sessions in-house to create a gala that was certainly worth raising a glass to!
